This is where you can find upcoming news and events along with dates for new book releases. I will try to post an update once a month, so please check back often.

Don’t worry, I don’t bite! (Hard)

Update for 1/27/2020:

Hey, guys. I just wanted to post a quick update. If you haven’t noticed already, I’ve been working on updating my website this week. I will make another blog post when it’s finished. I’m currently working on some short stories to send for anthologies. I’ve also been hard at work on my next novel, the second book of the Haven or Hell Series. It’s coming along smoothly. I have lots of other exciting things in store for this year, including another extreme horror standalone novel. I hope everyone else is having a good month. More updates coming soon. Stay safe!

Update for 12/23/2020:

2020 may not have turned out as I expected it to, but I did finally achieve my life-long dream of being an author. I published two books this year. The first was an extreme horror novel dedicated to the late Richard Laymon. I also released the first book of my apocalyptic series and sent my first short story submission to a publisher. It was a very productive year for me, writing wise. I have several other works in progress, including another extreme horror standalone, the next book of my apocalyptic series, and a collection of short stories. Look for more books coming soon!

For the month of December, I opened my blog to other authors and hosted a number of author interviews. It was so much fun meeting other horror authors and getting to know more about them. I’ll admit, some of the questions were for myself. As a newbie author, I’m trying to soak up as much information as I can get. I want to be the best writer I can be, and the best way to learn is from other authors. I love reading almost more than writing. (Almost.) There were so many great authors who agreed to be interviewed. It blew me away. I feel honored to have worked with them. My reading list has been growing with each interview. So many books to read, so little time…

In the coming month, I plan to start posting more book reviews, starting with some of the books I read for the interviews. I will also be going back to work on the second book of my apocalyptic series. I want to wish you all a happy holiday season! Thanks so much for staying with me. I wouldn’t have made it this far without you guys, and I’m just getting started. I have so many more stories to tell and can’t wait to share them all.

Update for 9/2/2020:

August was a busy month for me. I had a birthday and a much needed vacation, but now it’s back to business. I’m currently on chapter fourteen of my next novel. I’m hoping the first draft will be finished in the next week or so. Other than that, not much is new. I’ve been reading like a madwoman ever since I bit the bullet and signed up for Kindle Unlimited. I’m in awe of the books available, including many of my favorites by Richard Laymon and Jack Ketchum. I will tell you more about that in a blog post later this week. That’s all for now. Thanks for reading!

Update for 7/17/2020:

I published my book yesterday. It’s the most incredible feeling in the world. Today, my novel went live on Apple Books. It will also be available at other retailers in the next couple weeks, including Amazon and Kobo. I’m so nervous and excited to share my work with everyone. I’m taking a couple days off, then jumping into my next project, a four book series. If No Escape isn’t your cup of tea, this series may be. It’s a post-apocalyptic tale about a mother trying to protect her son. That’s all I’m giving away. Stay tuned to find out more. And thanks for your support. Without my readers, I wouldn’t be here. Thank ya’ll!

Update for 5/21/2020:

I am currently editing the third draft of my debut novel, which should be ready for publication within the next month or two. I have several other projects I am working on as well, including starting a blog right here on this very website. On this blog, I plan to publish a new short story every so often that will be free for the enjoyment of my readers. Yes, you read that right. Free. You may have noticed I do not have a newsletter for you to subscribe to. This is because I have a busy life, and so do you. Instead of writing a newsletter trying to convince you to like me, I am posting samples of my writing for you to judge for yourself. We shall see what happens.
